Hello all 4Eians!

This blog hasn't been updated for 2 months alre! Hahaha, the kind soul is here to update it!

Prelims 2 is finally over today! Hahahhaa. What a huge relief right every one? :) No matter how good/not-so-good your results are, it's time to take a good break this weekend and play like mad! Hahaha.

Actually, I don't know the purpose of writing this entry, just felt like doing so and making this blog alive. Hahaha.

Just for the sake of announcing, 4E has gotten the Gold Award for the month of August once again! Wheeee :) I think it's our 5th time clinching this award alr right? Hahaha.

And and, congrats to Terence for getting the Star Student award! :D I want to get it so badly but Miss Lai/Mr Tan didn't vote for me. OMG super buayhiaobai but I don't care! xP

anw, today THREE HAIR (sanmao) , DANIAO , (daniel) , YINX (wanying) , QUEK (yuefeng) , MANLY (-dy) , FOO MELISSA , AND ME!!
went sch to settle some stuff for the montage. lyk omg, i took a cab to school cause i was busy making pancakes in the mrng and didnt keept track of the time. SOO, i was afraid of being late so i took a cab down. oOMG. cost me TEN $! >< anw, the thing is , only melissa and three hair was on time. -.-
and daniao reach DAMN LATE.
samuel was saying ' WOA! daniao say he just woke up leh! '
lyk omg. haha ! and when e rest arrived, i told mandy , quek and three hair to help me take photos of the front view of the school.
GUESS WHAT!?!?
THEY WENT ALL THE WAY TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF THE CARPARK OPP SCL TO TAKE THE PHOTOS. and when they came back , they were like saying ' OMG WE RISKED OUR LIVES TO TAKE THE PHOTOS KNOW! :O '
hahahahah, and sanmao still went to take a picture of a MAZDA car in the carpark just to justify that they were there. :/
hehe, and after tht we continued wth the montage :D
AND when sanmao went to imitate our _________ tcher, its SO SO FUNNY. everyone got damn EXCITED :D

Dream oasis has just ended last friday and it was awesome! Congrats and well done to all the performers!:) It's a pity we didn't take any class photo though! Nvm there're still many other events when we can camwhore like crazy haha!

Hello lovely 4E!

This blog hasn't been updated for lemme count, 32 - 6 = 26 days! That's more than 3 weeks! I know every one had been busy mugging for their Language papers as well as for E Mathe, me too! Hahahaha. I know all papers weren't so good, nevertheless it's all over so I think whatever the result is, take it as a time for reflection so that you can improve the next time.

Heyloo everybody! :D

As you guys know, yesterday was our AMAZING RACE!

IT WAS A GREAT SUCCESS!

Yes, I know you know it was dah bombzxs! Hohoho. Well well, so much for persuading for a Demo game, we could still do it right, do it well, do it fantabulously! Hahahaha.

Well well, first things first, kudos to our 2 Overall I/Cs Melissa Tan Hui Ying and Tan Pei Ling for their wonderful briefings, caring and sweet personalities and patience to answer all our questions! Whooooohoooooo love them ♥

Anyway, updates on Amazing Race! :D

Well, thank God it didn't rain at all. The weather was perfectly fine and God was on our side. For the whole 5 hours, it didn't rain a single drop (well, I'm talking about the Central area). It was way better than last year's, when it rained when we were in the middle of the race, we'd to seek shelter @ somewhere near the Parliament House. Boooooo.

This year, it was awesome! Hohoho. And we received many many great feedback from the Sec3s! I asked my team, 3B if there were any areas for improvement, they said nothing, it was like so fun and tiring! Hahaha.

Of course, which group didn't come back feeling tired? Which group didn't come back smiling and cheering 'Yeh we did it!"? Which group didn't come back exclaiming that they've completed the rae? Which group didn't come back feeling they've achieved and learnt something from this race?

I believe many facilitators have got manymany to say about their teams. Even I have a lot to say. Well, this isn't MY blog, so I shan't go into further details about my group.

Then, after the whole race, we facilitators and game masters gathered for a debrief session. I swear it was the bombxzs manxzs please! I totally blabbered like some loose cannon oh please, it was great following the F-E-E-L format. Hawhawhaw I enjoy complaining I'm an uncle. And and, Rachel's a real Auntie HAHAHAHAHA! :D

During the debrief session, I could really feel you know, the sorta class spirit in us. Starting from sitting in a big whole circle (though quite deformed), and then shooting our most truthful remarks straight at one another, w/o feeling all awkward and uncomfortable about it, and then laughing together as a whole.

I am beginning to love 4E even even more now. Hohohoho. :D

After debrief, we'd a mini celebration session! Our dear magnanimous Miss Lai ordered pizzas for us awww so sweeet! Then we planned a surprise for Melissa cos it was her birthday. Jocelyn got one of her team members to pretend that he'd a stomachache and was totally unwell.

Gullible enough, she bought it and her face showed guilt and regret for making him run so hard. Then suddenly, Jocelyn came out and shouted, "Here!"

BOOO. Then super no ambience, the candles blew. Hahahaha. thank Goodness a birthday song was sung and the atmosphere was back once again. Hohohoho. :D I saved the day. Wheeeee ;)

Hello people :D

We've successfully completed our SL project yesterday :D It was a huge success so well done to everyone hehe! :) The facilitators,gamemasters,recorders,organisers(plingpling n mel.tan),teachers etc! I think we've done a fabulous job!

Personally I've enjoyed myself thoroughly so I hope the participants and you guys have enjoyed the process too :D It was indeed a very fun and rare experience for us! But I'm sure most of us are damn tired since the participants were EXTREMELY enthusiastic! LOL.

Anw,thank you Miss Lai for the pizza treat and Mr Tan for the guidance.I think everyone has played a part in the whole event I luv you all a lot teehee :D

The whole process was fun and enriching . I believed that all of us have learnt a lot

about ____! .. and ______ ! . Settled on a lot of stuff regarding the race .. One of

which is rubric aka " Marking Scheme " which would be used as the point system for

the race .

009 Annual Roadrun 2009

Good evening every one!

Updates on this year's Annual Road Run!

As part of our Service Learning Project, 4E set up a booth on Annual Road Run's day. Hahaha. Guess what! We managed to earn $200+ (I don't know the exact amount though). That's very remarkable of us, especially those in the Fund Raising group. Really thank you all for the great effort! :D

To add on, Yuri achieved THIRD for the boys' run! And and, Jocelyn and

Melissa were THIRD and FOURTH respectively! Please give them a round of applause! *claps claps* Hahaha. :D

Furthermore, 4E won the OVERALL CHAMPION for the MOST points accumulated! Hahaha definitely something to be proud of! :D Now you know why 4E is the BEST class. Hawhawhaw.

Dear 4E,
Tomorrow's the day. Our first O'Level paper (except those who've alre taken Mother Tongue last year). I know many are nervous/excited/dreading it. Still, we've to take the exam.

Just wanna say, JIAYOU everyone! Don't be nervous, keep calm at all times during the practical and READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. Read like EVERY WORD ON THE QUESTION PAPER!

Well, I've some pointers here to take note of, Idk if they're of use.

YK's 10 GOLDEN RULES TO SPA PRACTICALS

1) The number of significant figures. ALL CALCULATED VALUES TO 3 SIG. FIG. PLEASE! The rest will be dependent on the precision of the instrument used. E.g. Metre rule to 1 decimal place (25.4cm, 59.0cm etc)

2) Take note of the EQUATION people! Some equations have to be manipulated (using Linear Law) so that it's Y = mX + c. This is VERY IMPORTANT! And make good use of the equation to check if your y-axis is directly-proportional or linearly-related to the x-axis.

3) MEMORISE ALL THE KEY SOURCES OF ERRORS WELL! This is a confirm-come-out question, so you'll definitely have to memorise them. Don't be lazy!

4) Bring a 30cm ruler, calculator, pencil (preferably mechanical), pencil lead, eraser and pens!

5) All data in the table has to be recorded using INK and ONLY INK.

6) Please wear goggles whenever necessary (even if your partner beside you is doing heating). For kiasu purposes, just put on your goggles for the ENTIRE PRACTICAL.

7) Do not rush into washing your apparatus first. You've way more time to do that after the practical. Care more about your data, graph and calculations.

8) Present all your workings CLEARLY whenever necessary. E.g. Gradient = y1 - y2 / x1 - x2.

9) Take note of the all the units okay! E.g. 1/u means 1/cm

10) Have confidence in yourself. Believe in yourself.

That's all people. May all of us get FULL MARKS for practical exams. It's definitely possible people! Stop doubting your capabilities.

003 February Babies

Hello beloved 4E-ians.

This is the first entry of 2009. It's rather sad that the first entry's actually written in March. Well, blame me for not being able to maintain this blog well. I didn't even tell the class about this blog until now! Hahaha.

Nevertheless, this blog is finally ready (well, at least it looks presentable now). However, I am still searching for a nicer layout cos this layout isn't able to put a BIG BIG picture of 4E. Any nice blogskins, leave a note @ the tagboard. I will change if I've the time.

O and back to the topic, this entry is supposed to be for the February Babies! Whoopeeeeeee! Allow me to elaborate on this meaningful entry.

On 16th February, 4E celebrated the birthdays of the the February babies, namely Solihin, Gladys and Grace Chong (whose birthdays are SO COINCIDENTALLY a day after another, like a birthday marathon!).

As a class, we sung a birthday song. LOUDLY, yes! ENTHUSIASTICALLY, yes! WARMLY, yes too! Hahaha. :)

I bet the 3 Feb babies were surprised cos this was so unplanned, I mean we got Mr Tan to lie to the class that there's some important matters to settle as a class @ the canteen. Just when everyone thought that it was some serious matter, they saw a cake with half-lighted candles, and wheeee some of their surprised looks just appeared on their faces. Hahaha.
